As we head towards the end of the first quarter of 2010 I thought it would be a great time to review how I am doing towards my vision for this year – to help 1000 people to be happier at work. This may be directly through attending workshops, coaching or as a result of clients changing the way that they work with colleagues and their teams.
The great news is that based on the feedback from clients I have worked with in 2010, over 400 people will be happier in the way that they earn money as a result of my work. These range from leaders and followers in the entertainment and leisure industry, banking, cricket and in education. To have this impact is something that both I am proud of and privileged to be able to do.
Most people spend around fifty years of their lives at work and spend more time with our work colleagues than we do with our loved ones. My passion is to make that time as pleasurable as possible for as many people as possible.
So as we head into the second quarter of the year, here is my question to you…how can you make 2010 your happiest year at work yet?
