The ability to communicate, motivate, read people, inspire and persuade others are critical skills for people in the 21st Century. Successful influencers also understand themselves better, know exactly what they want, enjoy better relationships and are able to harness inner resources that allow them to perform at their best consistently.

This workshop focuses on developing these capabilities and draws on latest research and best practice in neuro-linguistics and building emotional intelligence. Much more than just learning “techniques”, this is about knowing yourself, understanding other people – and then learning to BE the person you have the potential of becoming.
