What if I can’t attend?

You may substitute a colleague at any time prior to the event with no additional charge – just let us know their name. Or you may transfer to another event. If a transfer made less than 3 weeks before the workshop 75% of your payment will be credited to another event. We regret that any notification of non attendance less than 1 week prior to the workshop will incur the full course fee.
