Helen Krag

Helen partners with organisations to help them retain and promote female talent, and works with talented women in business so they can:

  • Fast-track their progress
  • Step up to more senior roles
  • Increase significantly the contribution they make in the workplace.

Individually, and in groups, Helen challenges women to aim high and supports them to realise their ambitions.  Many women know they are capable of more, and need help to access the attitude, confidence, skills and belief to make it happen.

Expertise

Committed to lifelong learning, Helen has a healthy obsession with personal influence.  She is fascinated by how people influence positive change for themselves and others.  Through her research in this field she has created a model for influence, which charts the ways of thinking and being that make us influential. Using these distinctions, her clients are able to develop more influential approaches for themselves, whilst remaining true to their own personal style.  These breakthroughs are achieved via pragmatic and actionable learning in a variety of formats, including coaching, training, facilitation, and talks.
