Welcome to Kaizen Training

What do we do?

For the past twenty years, Kaizen have been helping organisations – large and small - create the full engagement of their people.

As our name suggests, in the right circumstances, we may use a selection of the classical Kaizen tools.  What makes us different is that we combine these with cutting-edge approaches to individual and whole-system change – such as NLP, Solutions Focus, and powerful facilitation, coaching and brain friendly learning methods

Often, clients will ask us to create a bespoke solution combining several of the above things - because, as you know, real business issues don’t always come in neat little boxes!

Give us a call to talk about your current or future needs - we’re an informal, friendly bunch here. We won’t try and sell you something you don’t want - we’ll ask you intelligent questions that get to the heart of things, and we’ll help you accelerate the process of getting to where you, your team or your organisation wants to be.

In a recent survey of UK employees, Gallup found that 61% are “not engaged”.  Wait – because it gets worse.  20% are “actively disengaged” – showing a vocal and highly negative attitude toward their work and their employer.  At Kaizen, we believe this is a huge waste.  A waste of talent, a waste of money, a waste of potential – and ultimately, a waste of Life!
